findCenter

Overview

This command line tool returns the Center Id's matching the given criteria.

Usage

findCenter -id list_of_center_id -studyId list_of_study_id -name name_of_the_center ...

Options

 -file <file>                       writes the result in the file. If no
                                    file is specified, write in the file center.id.
 -h                                 Print help for this application
 -host <host>                       host of the webservice. 127.0.0.1 by
                                    default.
 -id <id>                           the center Id.
 -investigatorId <investigatorId>   the Investigator Id affiliated to the
                                    center.
 -name <name>                       the name of the Center. Accept '*' as
                                    a jocker i.e. *aaa*bb.
 -password <password>               password for user identitification.
 -port <port>                       port used for the webservice. 8080 by
                                    default.
 -sslVerbose                        display information about ssl messages
 -studyId <studyId>                 the study id the Center takes part to.
 -truststore <truststore>           path to the truststore to be used
 -user <user>                       username for user identitification.
 -v                                 print the version information and exit
 -json                              print resulting dataset as json

findCenter -id 1 4 5 -investigatorId 1 5 -name *key*wor*d -studyId 7 3 9
